    Default Sun bathers.

For those of you that enjoy soaking up the suns rays, DON'T DO IT! Especially those with fair skin like me. I had a small op on my face yesterday to remove some sun damaged skin fom under my right eye, I've already had numerous ops removing small bits of skin and a few moles from my head, arm and torso, and they said they were going to be aggressive with it yesterday. So they cut away the offending area and sent it to the labs to check that all of it was removed. After an hour I went back in and they said they were happy that they'd got it all. They then took a skin graft from behind my left ear and stiched it over the offending area. Whilst doing this they noticed another mole on my neck looking a bit iffy, so they whipped that off aswell. This is all due to me getting burnt too many times throughout my life, and only started appearing about 5 years ago. When I had the first one removed they told me that it's a form of skin cancer, but it's not life threatening so long as they keep catching them early, and they will keep appearing. So for those that like the sun, be very very careful, especially with children.

Being so close to my eye was the reason they got aggressive with it. It's a problem with us blokes, we don't like going to the docs.

It's not really painful, more a pain in the arse, lol When the dressing is on it covers half my eye, so I now have a blind spot and it's odd trying to focus on things.

I'm pretty dark skinned, but it's factor 20 for me all the time -I have 3 relatives and a friend who've had various bits carved off that looked suspicious.
