There is a fair bit of debate as to these additives and if they do anything at all. I very much doubt it will har manything.

I live by the phrase, if it's not broke, don't fix it, but keep an eye on it,,,,sure i have read somewhere that 10k boost can possibly dislodge large lumps of carbon/soot and cause more harm than good, particularly to cars with DPF's. The crud 10k boost dislodges has to go down the exhaust, so if the car is running fine, maybe use a fuel addative to clean injectors etc, something like diesel magic or similar.

big advocate for leave well alone. not an engine flusher type of driver, and no additives. Not even early oil changes for me.
Particularly don't like changing parts when they aren't faulty - classic example is where many people change the water pump at same time as timing belt, not into that personally - see it as a waste to throw away a good part and it's good to see how long things can last But of course, your mileage may vary - you can do whatever you like with your own car.

I'm unfortunately more of a if it isn't broken, fix it until it is kinda person.

But yes, I have used 10k Boost and it did seem to make a difference.

Does no harm at all to give it a good clean every now and then. A lot of people on here do it as part of a service.

Not really - I am planning a pre-emptive strike against the Vec Springs before they snap on me at an inconvenient time.....

.... like there is a convenient time for a spring to snap!?!
