if you have had bad service ... then why go back ? how much are they charging and are they CANBUS compatible otherwise your going to get error messages and flickering lights and then you will need to take them back again !

hids direct hids 4 u and many many more on EBay with differing experiences by different members on the level of service they have received when buying online ...

0-Large smile ......every time it's driven

Can recommend HQ-autolighting-UK, as was next day delivery on 6000k canbus kit. There a thread with discount code in it too. Saying this someone on here was yet to recieve his some weeks later last I heard, though think it was a one off. I've not been flashed with 6000k yet, and vision is improved enough to make me more than content. Don't know about 8000k, but if its 6000k you wanted there is plenty of places to get them.

Just whatever you do, don't end up going with HIDs Direct. Try having the hids sent to you in november, fitting them, finding one doesn't work, sending an old ballest back to them (at my expense) then getting a new one sent from them.

Then you go and fit the replacement ballast, one side doesn't work and the other side strobes. You e-mail them and they tell you to send it back (again at my expense) and give you a refund. You send it back to them on the 10th of december and they recieve it a few days after. A month later you get your bank statement through and they still haven't refunded you.

Seems the best place to go for stuff nowadays is into the good old local shop.
