sick fed up with ppl not knowing how to balance a wheel!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i have been to 3 differnt garages in the last couple of day, and just had a "mate" who works out of a tyre mobile van have a go tonight. now ive been fitting tyres for nearly 10 years and i know my stuff. but left the trade a wee while ago. thru medical reasons. now trying to explain to people i want a propper alloy wheel balance with weights in the correct places, they say ok, they do the job i go check what they have done and i get 1 weight stuck to the edge of the rim on the inside known as a static balance, even tho a static balance weight should be placed in the center of the wheel!. knowing that this is incorrect i ask for it to be done properly and the excuse i get is are balancer will not do it, or we dont no how!! sick to the high teeth of it and need a garage that will either do the job i ask them to or let me do it for my self! i know im ranting over this but for years i fitted tyres and balanced them correctly. i just want a garage to do the same for me. can anyone reckomend o garage that will do the job i asking in my area. otherwise im gonna end up going postal with a shotgun and a few grenades. to all the 16-17 year old school leavers who think they know what there doing but DONT! gonna go lock my sel in a dark room for a few hours and calm down i think.........................

Car Requirements in Forfar mate, Jonathan has done a fair few cars for me and I can't fault the balancing. He NEVER clips balancing weights onto the outer rims either and knows how much I hate it

just forked out 15 quid for a "mate" to have a go! my rims arnt in the best of nic need them done this year but there all up on knife scratches tonight
