    Default Towbar Electrics Tech2?

    Howdie all,

    Been looking at the possibility of fitting a removable towbar to my Vec-C. The quotes i have are pretty reasonable to be honest.

    Does anyone know if the VX loom from the 12v socket to the fuseboard requires a Tech2 session, or is it just plug and play?

    Hi Aidi,

    I am sure that I have seen a How 2 on this..

    There is a Tech 2 sequence for this, but I am sure I read that someone did a weird trick, of pulling certain fuses, turning the ignition on and off, and then refitting fuses and the , on off thing again...

    Not sure exactly, but that's what it sounded like...
