East Mids RO needed?

Ok dont know how this works, but our RO not been on here since 22 oct!
We've had a few new East Mids members since then.
Do we need a new RO?
If so how do we go about it?
Do we need to wait for mods/admin to make a decision?
Do we wait for Andy Hare to return and let us know where he/we stand regarding his position?
How long do we wait?
Do we need to start asking if "anyone interested"? (i'm not, but i think Bangty1 is?)

if he's not coming back then he needs to let Admin know so that they can advertise the post and then people who are interested can apply
