Price is going to come down to the source they use for the parts mate, that's gonna be the huge variable. Even going to a motor factor they may charge you the recommended retail price and not the cost+vat. Figure 1 to 1.5 hours labour as its only wheels off and 2 bolts for each side.
Part number is 13230274 btw.
The problem is with these arms is that they can be obtained really cheaply, but most garages will source them from VX or a Motor Factors and the cost escalates.
I think I paid just over £200 to have mine done last MOT and i was robbed, but most garages were charging similar to change them.
Someone on good authority told me that the arms could be bought for £25 each.
There is a good how2 on here if you fancy it and have got the tools!
Friendly mechanic was gonna charge me £50 to do both. Ask if you can supply your own arms to the garage, You can get them both for £30 delivered from ebay
Plasma's Tech2 services are now open and able to provide services

Cost to buy £30.28, retail price, £79.20!!!!! Buy them yourself mate, and just tell a garage you were going to do it yourself but never got round to it.
im keeping my eye on these ones http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.d...=STRK:MEWAX:IT
Thanks for the replys gents,
well you could go to the dealers as mine offer the VX ones at a high price or patent ones at £30 ish each. I would pay no more than £30 a side to be fitted
