    Default One afl stuck

Hi guys another prob, I may beable to fix it myself but the drivers side afl is pointing in towards the grille and other one is straight and there is the afl light flashin on the dashboard, think the motor is siezed? If I put the lights on, start the car up, they go up and down but one goes left/right and the drivers side one don't?
