    Default BT homehub

Had BT home hub a while now, and it's slowly driving me mad. If I,m online with Ps3 and phone rings it cuts connection, surely that shouldt happen, never did when we were with Sky broadband. Or is it just COD servers are rubbish on PS.

Anyone had issues with BT home hub?

Have the home hub, and don't have any problems when the phone rings. COD servers however, is a bowl full of problems. Stopped playing the game now, and solely playing GT5. Which feels really odd for me as basically I've played nothing but CODs since COD4 came out. Perhaps check to see if you've got the most up to date hub though, as we had ours upgraded about 6 months ago.

possibly to do with the line rather than the hub? give BT a call and get support to look at it.

We had a BT Home Hub some time back, had nothing but problems from it. Kep dropping the internet connection, overheating and losing everything etc. We gave up unplugging it and having no service 2 - 3 times a day for half an hour at a time. I have a friend high up in BT engineering, he reckoned it was the worst thing they ever released.

i have had the same problem for 2 years now, every time the phone rings the internet connection drops.i reported it to bt and they came out and said it`s nothing to do with the line so i got an ex bt engineer out at a big cost to me and he confirmed it was the line outside where it enters the house so told bt and guess what...nothing to do with them so when the weather gets a bit better i`m off up the ladders and pulling the lot down then reporting that my lines gone down.

I like your way of thinking.
