    Default what is this and what does it do

    when changing the pipes from the old to new the pipes go into this the white one at the bottom? one blue pipe one black also what is the correct name as i need a new one

    That is the turbocharger vacuum sensor and it controls the turbo boost to the engine. I have seen these avaialable on ebay quite often and i think your local motor factors can get them cheaper than the stealers.

    It's the boost control solenoid.
