aryt guys..still aint received my H.I.D`S...

just sent them a wee email.saying that i was a member on here,fair few members have ordered in last 3/4 weeks,guy even ordered yesterday and received them today.mines were ordered 29th and nothing yet.....got reply back in 2 mins..yes 2 mins lol

heres what they said

Your item was sent on 6-01-2011 to you. You should have received by now, but sometimes they have slight delay. Could you please wait couple more days, please also check with your local postal facility to ensure they are not holding your package. Many customers locate overdue packages at their local post office.
Please let me know if you still not receive it by the next couple of days. I will try to sort it out.
Please accept my apology for any inconvenience caused. I will do my best to solve this problem.

P.S. It is very busy period now, lots of deliveries. There could be some postal delays. I'm very sorry but it is out of our control.

Tomorrow morning I will send you a tacking No.

my m8 is a posty..he has been checking in the local sorting office for me every day lol

so i know that they aint there

Is that HIDs direct? They don't use RM

, they use interlink. Good luck, you'll need it

Depends who you ordered them from might help......

I know HIDs Direct use a courier and not Royal Fail, so you will never find them in the sorting office.

I have had stuff that has got lost before they get to my depot and they turn up weeks later.

I ordered 3 items on the 30th mate.

Wind Deflectors: UK Seller
H3 Bulbs: Hong Kong Seller
Brake caliper Rewind tool: UK Seller.

Wind deflectors varied Sunday, Bulbs arrived Monday, brake caliper tool didnt arrive till yesterday

Some sellers are better than others........

Possible hes just at home answering emails and tracking number at his work/office id say.

Interlink are pretty pish TBH, mine took forever considering snail mail was coming in within a couple of days from the same location.

Looks like their service is as bad as their spelling.

Did they end up sending you a tacking number?
