    Default got a letter from vauxhall today .????

    i got a letter today from vauxhall saying that my car needed to have the handbreak fixed.something about a fault on it.the thing is my vectra is 8 years old 52 reg.i take it its not just my car with this problem.?????? cheers luke.

    Recall has been about for 3 years. There have been cases of the Vectra/Signum handbrakes releasing themselves.

    Just get it done. Free recall and well worthwhile. Takes about 20 minutes and makes your handbrake more reliable.

    Get them to check for other recalls the car might have missed as well.

    Vauxhall reworks, I think they call it.

    you might even get a laugh as well, they told me I should change 2 tyres because they are almost at the limit.......
    3 of which are brand new and the oldest one has 4 mm left lol
