help with 2.2 dti fault codes

got the car read today and this is the list
PO0115
1590
1482
1483
0380
can someone shed some light on these please
only problem im having is the starting issue in the mild wheather or when the engine is warm and a whistle the hole way through the rev range and i cant find any split hoses

That's the only two I could find. Are you sure the codes are correct? If you scroll down they seem to be in the wrong format.

If you replace the 1's at the start with 0's to follow the format, it returns this:

Cooling Fan Rationality Check Malfunction

No joy on 1590 or 0590.

yes this is what the man said but he didnt know what it meant
po1950 is something to do with actuator low voltage

If it's engine coolant temp and you have a code for rad fan it might be the temp sensor when you unplug this the fans stay on so it might be faulty

i have unplugged it to get the heater plugs on , new switch on now and car still hard to start now its warmer
