Which oil...

Hi all, shortly after picking up my signum on friday i plan to change the oil as i have done with each car i have bought in the past.

Which oil would you recommend for the 3.0v6 cdti? Are there any preferable filters to use or are oe fine?

Vauxhall recommend 5w/30 long life fully synthetic for all Vectra-c/Signum engines.

OE filters are fine. Most service parts from Vauxhall are competively priced.
