hi guy's i think my new car has this, how would it work with my iphone? also can i play music off my iphone thru the headunit?

aftermarket headunits do fella , not sure about std vaux though , poss just for phone calls

no my vec C used to pick up music via bluetooth im sure, altho sound quality was dire

ah rite cheers, its a CD70 and is the bluetooth seperate to the headunit and just linked up to it?

it's a separate unit, it will manage your calls , phonebook etc but you cant use it for playing/streaming music

it wont stream the music purely the calls - i can recommend a mki9200 parrot kit they work very well with streaming music

you need the aux in socket... does your xp2 not have that?

I have the factory fit kit in mine and it's very good but as others have said will not stream music.

You'll want to rip out the useless cradle holder in the centre console (first mod I did) and replace it with the cup holders.
