Default water in passenger foot well

Hi guys i can access the recall page so thought i`d ask in here, with the rain lately i parked the car facing down a slight hill and in the morning there was about an inch of water in the foot well, is it a common fault?????
I think it might be coming in through the blower, when we had the cold weather the blower stopped working then started when the car warmed up even to the point of making a clicking noise intill the car was hot

although you cannot access the recall page you can access the search button at the top of the page and its your best friend on here

    http://www.vectra-c.com/forum/search...archid=5792474

as per Dasrabs post its a common issue iof a blocked drain hole BUT its not a recall and therefore down to you to sort

    and welcome to the forum
