Default Random plug in the boot?

My TPMS system arrived today so I decided to go and have a look in the boot of the car, i've got the one for the TPMS (12 pin connector) but i've also found an 18 pin connector taped to it. Whats that for!?

Hi John, not regarding this issue but been reading ur threads on fitting tpms. I remember when keithy facelifted his he found plugs inside both front wings with the wire going a little bit further than the side repeaters. Only thing we could think this would be for was the tpms. Just thought I'd point these out to you in case you didn't already know about them.
