i feel alittle sorry for him after its just said hes got a 50/50 chance of living but damm 68stone!!!!
I wonder if he will now try for the other TV show How to look good naked........I see Paul is now suing the NHS cos it was their fault he got so fat............ bet he buys 5 million burgers with the compo he gets.

these gluttons cost the taxpayer upwards of 100k a year. sorry - don't buy that "it's my glands" carp - they just need to stop scoffing like jabba the huttsympathy level = 0
read recently that denmark puts taxes on junk food, and it seems to work. I'd be in favour of that
