    Default Carbon Effect

    Hi all,

Whilst at Trax 2006 today, I noticed an Astra VXR with bits covered with a carbon 'effect' coating.

I was told to contact 'Dave at 888' for more information and pricing.

    What do you think ???

Very nice m8, but you will have to have several bits to match, and get a theme going on the car, might look a bit odd with just one bit here or there.

I wonder how easy it is to cover a panel yourself

The site below seems like it would do the job

I didnt get any 'whole car' pics, but I have to say that the parts just looked black from a distance as they were against a bright red car you see... Also, the bonnet was real carbon fibre and it glistened in the sun so much, that the 'fake' stuff looked nothing special against it... but, on its own, in isolation, it looked good.
