    Default Interior trims ideas

    Hey guys!

Lately I've been thinking intensively, what can I do with door and dash trims in my car. First I've been thinking about wrapping chrome strips to carbon but now I like the black gloss wrap idea. I've even made some photoshop try

I like the original steering wheels with black elements but they're quite rare and their shade may be different to vinyl wrap on trims.

Any ideas or examples (who already made it before with facelift trims)?

    Thanks in advance

Thanks shb1988, that looks very nice. Did you anything with the trims? I'm very curious if you did, because although silver trim and chrome stripes are separate elements, they're riveted together.

I was also thinking of white carbon, has anyone wrapped this?

no i haven't done the trims but it shouldn't be much of an issue with thembeing left together as you should be able to just stick the vinyl down into the gap between the two bits and with it being such a small gap it won't notice much hth

I like the wite carbon idea, especially when you look at the auction pics. Would be fine if I saw some example on vectra (at least grey or black carbon).
@shb1988: I didnt think this way, you may be right. The question is if I dont like it, can I just take this foil away with no cosequences?

Easy to remove, warm it up with hair dryer and then it will soften the adhesive and will just peel off

indeed the Dinoc stuff comes off cleanly if sufficiently warmed - if not it comes of in thin strips and leaves the sticky backing behind so you know its not warm enough
