    Default Estate Mud Flaps

How easy is it to retro fit some front and rear mud flaps to my 54 plate CDTi SRi Estate bearing in mind i am not very mechanically minded

How effective are these mud flaps?

    Thanks
    Michael

It's an easy job mate, I retro fitted them to mine but had to use the flaps from an Astra G as mine has the XP kit fitted.

I found it easier to take the wheels off too, just make sure that you have them lined up correctly if you go down this route. Reason I say that is because after you have the rim off and car jacked up you can't align them

forgot to add, found them very effective too as the skirts were getting chipped because of the rims. Also seem to stop a lot of the spray ending up on the back door window

Do you, or anyone else who has them fitted have any pics you could post so I can see what it would look like. Have searched on the net but not found any....

genuine yep but because of xp kit I had to fit flaps off an Astra G. They're not big, just bigger than those moulded versions you get. You can get the moulded versions but not sure how useful they are due to there size...
