Re Map Problems??

Went to have my vauxhall signum 2.0dti de cated and remaped today but i was told i have i rare ecu and it could not be done any one had simular problems or advice?? they have told me its not the end of the road and they were goin to do some home work any ideas what will be the end result ??

Theres a few place which can do these Hybrid ECU's so all isnt lost. I think Torquing BHP based in cambridge can do them. Have a google for them
