Car Badges?

Ok confused.
My 2.2 direct sri has come from Germany but is a uk model (right hand drive etc). The previous owner was a uk vauxhall employee who had the car from new but worked for vx in germany for the first 3 years of the cars life.
Anyway my badges on the car are red in colour (2.2direct and the sri one's). Ive noticed all other 2.2 are chrome. So I have searched the internet for Red sri badges etc with no luck. So I thought maybe they were painted Red, but on inspection it looks like thats not the case. I wanted to get my hands on one to go on the frony grill.........Might have a go at painting one.
On a plus tho the red badges look mint on the silver paintwork lol

I've only ever seen the 'i' being red on some vecs, cdti's I think.
