Default Which springs would you recommend

I may need new springs shortly as sounds like mine are on the way out. In any case I am considering lowering springs as vauxhall want £250 to fit standard ones.

So what would you recommend for me, I have a 2004 CDTI sri, on standard 17" wheels. Budget wise approximately £150

Is that 30mm from Sri or normal set up?

I'm running PI 45mm lowering springs on my GSi which are also the same for diesels and i have no issues. Lowers car nicely even with a set of 19's on. I paid about £105 from R-Tec in Hatfield. I found that with Eibachs they don't really lower the car that much but that was on a Audi A4 B5.
