Really dont no what to do now

my dads signum has no heaters still it a 3.2 v6 its all bin flushed out by the garage head has bin checked an stat every thing is spot on but still no heaters it freezin it dual zone climate anyone have anyother ideas please

heater matrix must have gone only thing i can think of m8 shame flush didnt sort it but id say heater matrix

quick cpl of things to try/check

a. Does the heater matrix pipes (which run through the bulkhead) get hot when the engine is running?

b. If they get hot then the possible cause could be a mixer flap in the heater blower assembly which mixes the hot/cold air.

yes they do get hot mate so you think its this mixer flap

Have you checked that both pipes going to the heater matrix are getting hot? should be to hot to hold for long. My matrix is blocked or partially blocked at the moment, from some instant gasket. One pipe to the matrix gets very hot the other only warm. I've flushed the matrix but no joy, but it does seem to be getting better slowly.

both pipes are hot its all bin cleande out today

just to add didnt know they had a mixer flap but on other cars no heaters mean heater matrix 9 out of ten......and that ones used but it just for price
