Do HID lights run at higher temperatures, as after fitting mine, I notice the plastic lens covering the whole light cluster mists up inside to about 10% of the area along the bottom.
Does anyone else's do this?

there cooler than standard bulbs ...BUT the misting is caused by condensation entering the light fitting caused by the hole in the rear cover made to accomodate the wires ...
you need to pop a packet of silica gel in the lamp fitting to remove the condensation and try and find a better way of sealing the rear cover
0-Large smile ......every time it's driven
Where the hole has been drilled in the rear cover for the wires go through, moisture could get in through there. Was it damp / wet out when you fitted the lights. Mine do this very occasionally, but seem to have sorted themselves out now
