How do you create an mp3 cd

How do I create an mp3 cd with folders/directorys? I've tried itunes but gives me one looooong playlist, Wanting to put them in album order? Anyone know any good(free) programs...thanks

Nero is very good, although it's not free, but trial versions may be. It has a 'Jukebox CD' facility which does it all for you. All you do is add each CD as a folder containing all the tracks on the CD in track order. Nero does the rest.
