B.C.S.carspares Manchester

Anyone in the Manchester area used B.C.S.carspares.
They are in william Road m18 7ay.
My boss ordered something off of them 3 weeks before christmas and is now getting the run around ...she has paid by credit card ....but every time she rings the person who might know about it isn't in the office....she has been promised call backs yeah right .non happened.

Have you tried phoning and asking for the same part she has? And ask how long before it arrives?
