Man fined for taking off seatbelt...police strike again!

Well dunno if you have heard of this one but it seems the police have a quota they need to reach in fines in other ways than speeding cameras!

MNot sure why he took his seatbelt off but with the engine switched off, in a queue of traffic makes you wonder how he was breaking the law?

Very interesting read.It seems the police generally have nothing better to do.When you watch some of these police programs on television,they always seem to be wrestling around and playing to the camera,then nicking people for stupid offences, then,at the end,nothing happens to the "offender" and they get a caution?,what's that all about?. Seriously how can it be illegal to sit in a car with the engine off and handbrake applied when you are allowed to reverse without a seatbelt on?

Ok he could hit his head but he was in a queue of traffic, but granted it could happen, you could hit a car whilst reversing and you do not have to wear a seatbelt.

I just do not understand the logic.
