DMF & Cluch

Hello im after some advice, my DMF is knocking on my Vectra CDTI SRI 150, it has 120,000 on the clock, im wondering what to do with the car, ive been quoted £700 to replace both DMF and clutch. Would yous repair or trade the car in ??

What other items could i expect to be replacing with this age/millage car??

Car wont be worth much in a trade in.

If it runs fine apart from that and your happy with the car I would keep it.
