    Default Turbo Technics fail miserably

    I dropped off a Turbo from a 1.9CDTI in December, for Turbo Technics to look at and try to hybrid. They stripped it and came back to me with a hybrid option and a price and told me they could have it done by mid January. I rang them today to check some specs and pay only to be told to do one. Apparently they have designed a unit but never made one and so won't sell me one?!? So after agreeing to make me one and giving me a time for delivery, they have now turned round and said they won't supply one at present. I am some what unamused to say the least. This is not the first time they have said they could supply something and then changed their mind when I goto pay and I am not sure I would recomend them anymore.

    a promise has been made by a trader, the trader hasn't delivered. trading standards is the only option. sorry to hear about it though. customer service is a thing of the past from the larger companies.

    Thats a poor show mate, at least posting your troubles on here kinda affects them. If folk realise what they are like they won't go near them.

    Oh I have made sure I expressed myself on at least five forums. With any luck, it will feed back to them and they will realise the error of their ways for the future.

    they never?? same here m8 ages ago for my astra rang um sed yer we can do it go to pay no we cant do it thats it no sorry m8 nuffin useless they are

    Sorry thats not correct. That would only be if they had ACCEPTED it as an order. Not a quote. Also unless this had made you out of pocket trading standards would just say they need to refund and as Nutron has not paid for anything then that is not really an option!

    However totally agreed thats terrible.
