Default power steering issues part 2

hi everyone right my power steering problem is a complete mystery now, yesterday i drove through a car wash and it worked ok till i stopped the car on restarting no power steering so i drove a little and it sprung back into life, stopped the car and restarted and it was dead again,
today i checked the connections for water and wd40 ed them too expell any water and the fluid level which was max the 80 amp fuse by the battery and the fuse f10 (7.5 amp) in the passanger fusebox, the strange thing is i have NO fault warning light on the dash and doing the pedal test i get code 1530 which is aircon clutch malfunction,
any help would be much appreciated thanks

Vehicle : Insignia 2.0L CDTI SRI hatchback

    Trim : Black leather

    Engine : A20 DTJ 128 HP

    Year : 2009

    Mileage : 126,000

    Thumbs up

Maybe you could check the "vehicle speed sensor", i am sure it is fixed in the n/s/f wheel bearing, check the electrical connections lower shockabsorber. The faster you go the less powersteering you need, also on the steering rack is the steering angle sensor which comunicates constantly with the cim behind the steering wheel "electrical signals for left and right turns and straight ahead, hope this help you....
