Rear boot strip

Not sure if this is the correct place for this but here goes....
How easy is it to remove/refit the chrome strip on the tailgate? I'm thinking about maybe getting mine carbon fibre wrapped but want to know how easy it is to remove.

5 nuts is all that holds them on if memory serves correct.

Appologies it is only 2 bolts and a few plastic clips.

More than that on mine - one bolt each side accessible and another couple either side of the lock behind the interior tailgate trim I think.

i wrapped mine in blue vinyl without taking it off and aint had no problems with it

4 bolts and 4 clips

Dont worry of you snap the clips, you really dont need them!

get to the bolts by pulling back boot lid lining
