turbo has gone

the other half took my cdti sri to the shops and called 10 mins later saying the car making winding noises wont rev and is putting out a lot of smoke,went down there in my civic type r(no problems outta that car at all)and as sure as night and day the turbo had well and truley gone,had just serviced and cleaned the boost sensor,egr valve and throttle boday today and spent all night trying to get the stupidly designed fuel filter open,is a lovely car but as you can imagine my patience is wearing thin with this,des anyone know the part code/number of the turbo on this model as i am trying to source and yet again spend more money on this car,no way am i going to the local stealers,help would be greatly apprecitted....many thanks
