Urgent problems with Vectra

Ok im new to vauxhalls after having my vectra for only 6 weeks. My problem started on wednesday when after driving for about an hour down the motorway my car just Cut out. I had the Steering wheel light with an ! going through it. The car wouldnt turn over, half of the lights on the dash didnt work or anything so had the RAC out and they towed it to the Vauxhall main dealers.
They got it found out that the CIM Control Intergrated Unit was Duff and it needed changing. So changed that and lightened my wallet by £800
Problem I have now is that after picking the car up on friday and driving a total of 20 miles over the weekend I went to do a drive back from manchester to swindon only to get 1 mile down the road and break down.
Had the RAC out again and they have worked it down to having no fuel getting into the engine. The worked back to the lift pump and found that all 4 wires from the lift pump are live all the time even when the ignition is turned off and the 2 left (control wires) should have no voltage on the, (RAC Tech department said so)
Could the CIM have anything to do with this because the service I got from the main stealers was crap and the work done was shoddy to put it nicely and im wondering if they could have put in a broken CIM or not done the work properly?
I would really appreciate ANY input at all with this because I am at a loss, stuck in manchester and cant afford another £800 repair bill
