    Default new shell v power

    evening all as the titles says has anybody tryed this new v power ? i filled the vec up forr the first time today and all i can say is wow what a diffrence it makes to my baby engined vec . its driving a lot better now the horrible flat spot has totaly gone and pulls a lot better below 3500 rpm and once above 4500 rpm it flys now for a 1.8 only down side is the price of the stuff so dont think i will be filling up with it all the time though

    does it really make a difference david..? I havent tried it yet as the optimax never did anything...but I might give it a go if ti works on your car....

    worth a try bob i noticed a change right away as my tank was just about empty as the range was telling i had only 20 miles left

    i think you might have to keep using it mate to get the full benifits from it! great fuel and would use nothin less

    Ill give it a go next time I fill up....does the mpg suffer ?

    i take it this is 98 octane fuel? hence the price ?and increase in performance!

    well i filled up at livingston bob then came home and the mpg was saying 39 so not to bad i would say no worse than usual

    I think you mileage will improve as it is a cleaner burn, i have used optimax for years and now this stuff, notice no difference from optimax though
