Mashed the car up today , going into a corner at about 40 on a country lane , turned in and it slid as if it was on diesel , roads were damp , hit 2 huge wooden posts , end result ....
No accidents for 7 years and now this , gutted.

As long as you are ok, the car can be repaired...
We will have to rename the club soon ,to Wackey-races.com....
gutted for you!! hope you manage to get it fixed quickly!
but as Micky said, it's easily repairable, you're not!!!
it could be worse....chin up!
Oh blimey mate - proper bashed up Hope you're not too bumped about!
wot a bummer...hope nobody injured.....cars can be fixed easy...the body takes a bit longer...
I'll be in Dorset tomorrow.
Kindly stay at home please!
Looks more like you hit a landmine mate! Still, at least you'll get a courtesy car to thrash the nads off while it's away being repaired.
cheers all , still miffed with myself , should polish out , just tried the passenger door and it opens ok from inside condenser is damaged and i think the front end has been pushed back i bit . and to think i washed the sodding thing yesterday , ive hit diesel on my bike and controlled it , the crack on the screen is where a 10" wooden post bounced off !!!
Thank Christ it bounced off! I've seen a particularly nasty example of a wooden stake going through the engine bay into the cabin, it's as bad as it sounds.
Bit of megs should fix it, wonder if GSi 3.2 and Plasma are busy this weekend...
good thing the screen stayed intact then, could've been very nasty indeed!
