Toyota parts??

Does anyone know where to get Toyota spares from? My partner has got a Toyota Avensis and needs a new altenator. New prices are looking at about £400 from dealer!... I've found the usual 'used' ones, but just wondering if theres any aftermarket or Toyota specialists around...
