Don't know if anyone else interested but Halfords pro socket set is the cheapest that iv'e seen it,so sod it i'm gonna treat myself.

Halfords professional tools are excellent and I think free replacement if they break from normal use.......like Snapped Off.
For that price, a veritable bargain - my mate bought that same set only a few months ago (and paid top whack), damn good kit, I think.

I do a fair bit of tinkering and no problems ever. They do have a lifetime guarantee (moving parts excluded though).

my local halfords want to see the reciept before they will exchange anything, kind of annoying cos i dont have the reciept anymore, also they wont swap ratchets they did at one point but not anymore, im thinking about buying a second 150 pc set and returning some of my old bits from and saying they are from the new kit :X
