Vec C Blower Motor

Chaps,

Got a car in at the mo that has the following fault (2002 Vec C 2.2 DTI)...:

The blower fan does not work on ANY setting...

Have removed the glove box and pulled the elec connector to the motor (big circular black plastic housing) and there is voltage going to it fine - on position 4 - I have 12.2 volts..

So - do you think I am correct in saying its the blower motor thats knackered as I have voltage to the 2 pin connector?

Have you tried spinning it by hand to see if it's seized up or stiff?
