Lotsv goodies on the way for the vec :)

After now owning her for 2 years, and after a long spell of buying nothin for it. Just spent some money on the vec:

• 50w 6000k HID kit from Hids-direct
• 3x MTEC 501s (for sidelights, no. plate, & interior)
• 1x Silvertec 581s
• CISBO rear parking sensor kit

Earlier i found a pair of silvertecs & an unopened pair of chrome 501s in the garage, obviously from one of my past cars......happy with that!!

Should be interesting once i get back to Norfolk & all these new bits start arriving. CANNOT WAIT!!!


Next will be lowering her 30mm. i said for so long i wasnt going to do it, but ive finally give in!!


ALSO, ive got my girlfriends tigra booked in on the 15th Jan at the place i had my rear tints done on the vec and im tempted to get the vec in aswel to have the fronts done to match......what do you guys reckon???

Sounds similar to me, i've just ordered some hids and led side lights, thought i.d give them a go and see if they throw up any errors. Good luck with it all and put some picks up when your done.

i've added a few bits to mine as well - brembo front pads, new passenger fog lamp and might order some lowering springs too. Lol.

hmmm ive some silvertech bulbs from my astra sat here they should fit the vectra

they should do yeah. mine came out of a ford (had 3 before the vec)

my cars once again became a money pit with me buyin stuff for it. but i love her!!

I see your in Liverpool i basically live at my Mrs in Moreton i love the car kind of how i want mine is it lowered at all?

im in the RAF so i spend most of the time at Marham (plus the mrs is here), but i usually go back home every 3 weeks or so

Would the light be stronger with the mtec 501 bulbs? And will it be bulb error with this?

Can you post a picture when you have mounted the bulbs?
