Lol. No I didn't Jezzy. Thanks to you for the How2. I did it all within about 45 mins which isn't bad considering I had to take the battery box out too. Not been out for a run yet as i'm at work but i'm looking forward to the drive home to see if it feels much different.
It takes a good few miles before the effect becomes fully apparent.
