For £139 it sounds like you're just getting a "basic" fluid change which, according to VX, is scheduled at 40k. Changing the ATF is no bad thing at your mileage as it will certainly help with your jerky change.

There are other threads on here detailing the ATF change and flushing of the box. Flushing uses a lot more ATF oil than is asocaited with a simple oil change. IIRC, Dae36 has more details on the flushing .

I would double check what they are actually doing as £139 will not cover the replacement of radiator and labour by a main dealer. As gtr1000 has said for this money it sounds like they are just changing/flushing the ATF which will not stop any failing of the ATF seals in the radiator and leaves you in exactly the same position as you are now minus £139.

If they are just changing/flushing ATF then this not correct and as far as I'm aware the radiator is sealed and not serviceable and you cannot fit new seals inside it. The only way to stop any potential problem happening is to fit a new radiator, or fit a seperate oil cooler!

To double check their 'replacing the seals' story ask them for the actual part numbers of the seals they are replacing - I think they might struggle a little bit!!!
