Vectra C Auto Gearbox - Jumps While Going From 3rd to 2nd Gear

Hello,

I recently noticed that my 2003 Vectra C (2.2 liter, Petrol, automatic gearbox) sometimes does not change from 3rd to 2nd gear smoothly. This happens while the car is still cold (e.g. at the morning) and vanishes after few miles, as the car gets warm.

Anyone had such issues? What could be the cause for it?

it'd probably be very difficult to be sure what the problem is without a diagnostic test. Best get is Tech2'd if you can - maybe the transmission control module is playing up or something.

i have a 2003 SRI 2.2 Direct with same issue, recently had the ATF oil changed, same issue post change.
