    Default Great service/price HID's

I bought 2 sets of HID's a while ago from www.hq-auto-lighting.co.uk and had a good service from them. So much so they sent me a 30% off code and have aggreed to allow me to post it up on the forums I use.

For your 30% off quote discount code: LA4UTF

Example prices (After discount):Non can bus slim ballasts: £41
    CanBus one: £44

Seems a good discount, other than you has anybody else used them. The majority of people have used HIDS DIRECT. But the aftersales isnt much good.

Any feedback on the quality of the kits would be good. I know HIDS-DIRECT is the popular choice but I've been seeing a few gripes about the reliability recently. I'm going to order and the discount is appealing but HIDS4US I think will get my money unless anyone has comments on the above co?

I called them today as my o/s light is flashing and I mentioned about the concerns about their after sales service,(or lack of it!!),etc, etc and was told that they were aware of the forum's problems.Apparently, they have got so busy that they have been unable to service the amount of business coming in and have taken on an extra lad in the warehouse to help get the orders out. They have asked me to post this info on the forum,so that the members will know what the situation is and to send their apologies to any of the members who are upset or dissatisfied, and for them to get in touch with any complaints or problems they may have, and they will try and sort them out for them.So....Job done. FELIXX.

I thought half the problem was that people were unable to get hold of HIDSDIRECT to complain - and now they're asking people to get in touch with them. Makes no sense at all.

If HIDSDIRECT can't keep up with demand, and also are unable to keep customers happy, then they should either buck their ideas up or find thereselves a more suitable career.

First kit has been on the car for 9 months and the second set for about 6 months both with no problems.

Both sets were non Canbus so cant comment on those ones but they assure me they have had no problems with CanBus errors.
