Eek snow is good for making snowmen but other plowing into your motor

Ive just had my rear repaired 3 months ago from a previous asda moment,
now the snow had its disagreement as a nissan micra on a 'n' reg lost control and decided to cuddle up to my drivers side rear quater. does this spell of supermarket bad luck ever end

i took your advice before and parked away from heavy parking areas but no joy, infact quite the opposite......

    just fed up.....

any more weather incidents or near misses out there?

In the local supermarket car park and a woman in a fiesta sailed past me skidding as i was opening my car door.

I should have looked really, one second later and she would have hit my open door with my leg half out - Ouch!

I make a point of parking in the most empty part of the car park.
    I don't mind walking a bit further.

However I am always reminded of the advert on telly with a guy carefully parking at the far end of the car park, and then his car being struck by a meteor instead.

Anyway if I am forced to park next to thers there are some no-go areas...

    No.1 Citroen Picasso
No.2 Citroen Picasso with child seat in the back
No.3 Scratched cars where the owner clearly puts the shopping on the roof/bonnet/boot while searching for the keys

not necessarily a good thing parking in the empty part, its where the boy racers seem to be using for mucking about in the ice,

fortunately having a baby means i can make use of the extra wide child and parent spaces, more than enough space even for the big 4x4 users to get in with twice as much space as they need

Yes, I've seen some idiotic driving on good and bad roads. We had to do our main shop last Wednesday, left around 9am when the roads had had some traffic on them.
I drove to the conditions, which weren't good, 30mph on 40mph roads and 40 - 45 mph on the main stretch. Some woman with one headlight kept tailgating me, till I got onto the roundabout where I wrecked the Omega and the Vec slid in the same spot - she kept wel back after that. Slid again trying to make the 140 degree turn into Asda, once again coming back. dead end T junction at ours was clear of cars but icy, so I amused myself by handbrake 180'ing to line up to park.
