vaseline , a very thin spreading on the door seal - job done

everyone has vaseline

i used the vaseline and -10 to day doors opened fine after 3 days

It's cheap and the right stuff for the job.

Additional - In this climate always wipe the door seal over with a dry rag before leaving the car and remove snow from the top edge of the door before you get in.
