ive just been told that my car needs a gearbox rebuild

and its gonna cost between £890 and £1890

what gazza said bud id look for a 2nd hand 1 or have you had a look around some of them suply and fit boxes clutches etc places they may be cheaper

got stuck in the snow a little bit on Saturday and it was spinning up alot the TC and ABS turned off car got moving after getting the ******** revved off it a little bit, got back home put it in the garage i went to shut the garage door and there was trails of oil all over the snow walked along the trail and it went back to the place I had got stuck.

i have got a warranty on it so im gonna get the garage to ring them.

also the garage is a mates mate so you would think it would be a fair bit cheaper!

and he wants £890 up front
