I have a top brace fitted to my 306 cabriolet and it makes a big difference, but I don't think that it would make much difference on my Signum.
Can I ask what appears to be some type of switch that is attached to the offside suspension turret does, I've noticed it on my Signum and it seems to operated by the the position of the bonnet?
Its a part of the alarm system , if you open the bonnet without unlocking the car first the alarm will sound .

I've always been under the impression that front strut bars on FWD cars do a small to minimal amount of handling increase. What have you noticed?
Always thought the rear anti-roll bar was the way to go with FWD cars.
