Climate control failure

Help, I have a 54 plate 1.9 cdti signum design that currently has no heating!! All lights on the climate control panel are out and there appears to be no power, I have checked fuses all ok, I have removed and checked the multi plugs to the fascia panel, I have also purchased and replaced the fascia panel but still no heat! Can anyone provide any further advice or help and guidance please?

No heating at all, or only tepid?

I take it the engine is getting up to temperature and the thermostat isn't stuck open?

No heating at all. The climate control panel is completely non responsive rear heated screen included!

Engine is running at normal temp.
